Clinical Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure seamless clinical coverage across multiple facilities, the full-time Clinical Scheduling Coordinator will manage daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for Anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and adherence to scheduling standards
• Serve as the subject matter resource for QGenda scheduling and AI-powered optimization, collaborating with clinical leadership to refine scheduling rules
• Review and reconcile provider time punches, ensuring accurate timekeeping and supporting operational reporting needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with scheduling software, particularly QGenda, is strongly preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn and manage scheduling optimization, automation, and system configuration tools
• Proficiency with basic reporting and data analysis tools
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
