Clinical Scheduling Lead

Job Summary

To support a multi-site health system's workforce management implementation, the fully remote UKG Dimensions Clinical Scheduling Lead will manage the survey process, reconcile scheduling data sets, and ensure accurate survey submissions while collaborating with clinical units and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage the survey process across all participating facilities, ensuring deadlines are met
• QA returned surveys for inconsistencies and resolve issues directly with unit and staffing office contacts
• Deliver validated, build-ready surveys to the IT team after reconciling large scheduling data sets in Excel

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with scheduling in UKG Dimensions or Pro WFM, including configuration and administration
• Clinical scheduling background in an acute care setting, with experience as a nurse manager, staffing office personnel, or scheduling coordinator
• Understanding of how unit type influences schedule structure across various clinical settings
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Experience in structured data collection or standardization efforts across multiple departments or facilities
