Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Infor WFM / Clinical Scheduling Manager will oversee the development of innovative application solutions, manage project plans, and ensure successful performance goals while working remotely from Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Manages project management life cycle and oversees application project tasks to ensure timely progress
- Defines analytical and technical system requirements for enhancements and configurations of applications
- Coordinates day-to-day operations of the application team, including mentoring, team meetings, and operational communications
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or 7+ years of relevant IT experience, with 5 years in healthcare IT
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant IT experience
- IT Vendor certification preferred
- Experience with Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Scheduling
- Experience in clinical operations scheduling
