Clinical Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the daily scheduling and logistics of a growing field-based clinical workforce, the remote Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist will manage clinician schedules, optimize routes, and coordinate assignments across Georgia and New Jersey to ensure timely patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinician schedules, profiles, and service areas in CareLink
• Identify and resolve scheduling errors, coverage gaps, and last-minute changes
• Train new clinical team members on CareLink workflows and document processes for operational coverage

Required qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or healthcare operations
• Knowledge of Georgia geography and travel patterns
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows
• Familiarity with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
