Clinical Scientist Director

Job Summary

Supporting late-phase clinical development, the full-time remote Clinical Scientist Director will translate scientific and clinical strategy into actionable execution across clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data and protocol adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical and scientific subject-matter expert for the assigned therapeutic area, focusing on protocol execution and data integrity
• Contribute to medical monitoring activities and assess subject-level clinical data to identify trends and emerging issues
• Review and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of clinical development experience
• 5 years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience preferred
• Experience in late-phase drug development for Oncology
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying scientific concepts to leadership
• Experience designing and implementing clinical trials in compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards
