Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocate - Clinical.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical investigations on complex product issues and assess user practices
- Serve as a clinical liaison to customer teams to promote safe device usage and resolve product concerns
- Provide clinical guidance to internal teams during troubleshooting and product escalations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred
- Unrestricted nursing license
- Minimum 5+ years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in critical care
- Experience with medical devices or clinical workflow optimization preferred
- Biomedical education and/or training is a plus
