Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Advocate - Clinical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical investigations on complex product issues and assess user practices
  • Serve as a clinical liaison to customer teams to promote safe device usage and resolve product concerns
  • Provide clinical guidance to internal teams during troubleshooting and product escalations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred
  • Unrestricted nursing license
  • Minimum 5+ years of acute care clinical experience, preferably in critical care
  • Experience with medical devices or clinical workflow optimization preferred
  • Biomedical education and/or training is a plus
