A company is looking for an ITS Clinical Service Desk Analyst II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general IT technical support including hardware/application troubleshooting
  • Accurately record, update, and document all user contacts using IT Service Management tools
  • Maintain excellent customer service ensuring professional and efficient support for end users
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or healthcare
  • Progressive knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
