Key Responsibilities
- Provide general IT technical support including hardware/application troubleshooting
- Accurately record, update, and document all user contacts using IT Service Management tools
- Maintain excellent customer service ensuring professional and efficient support for end users
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or healthcare
- Progressive knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
