Job Summary
Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time remote IT support for EHR and clinical applications, addressing customer issues in both Acute and Ambulatory care settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
- Answer, resolve, document, and triage incoming customer communications
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related business discipline
- Clinical position license, certification in a clinical healthcare setting, or 2 years of clinical environment experience
- Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
- Proficiency in system office applications and basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
- Applicable certifications or licensures may be needed based on the assigned area
