Job Summary

Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time remote IT support for EHR and clinical applications, addressing customer issues in both Acute and Ambulatory care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
  • Answer, resolve, document, and triage incoming customer communications
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
  • Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related business discipline
  • Clinical position license, certification in a clinical healthcare setting, or 2 years of clinical environment experience
  • Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
  • Proficiency in system office applications and basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
  • Applicable certifications or licensures may be needed based on the assigned area
