Job Summary
Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time contract IT support for clinical applications in remote settings, focusing on resolving customer issues and facilitating communication between clinical staff and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
- Answer, document, and triage incoming support requests
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Clinical position license or certification, or 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
- Basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
- Applicable certifications may be required based on the assigned area
