Job Summary

Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time contract IT support for clinical applications in remote settings, focusing on resolving customer issues and facilitating communication between clinical staff and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
  • Answer, document, and triage incoming support requests
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
  • Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Clinical position license or certification, or 2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
  • Basic understanding of integrated clinical systems
