Job Summary

Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time contract IT Clinical Application customer support for EHR and related clinical applications in remote settings, addressing and resolving customer issues through a centralized call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and regulatory standards
  • Answer, resolve, document, and triage incoming calls, emails, and instant messages
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Clinical position license, certification in a clinical healthcare setting, or at least 2 years of experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
  • Proficient in system office applications and understanding of integrated clinical systems
  • Applicable certifications or licensures may be needed based on assigned area
