Job Summary
Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time contract IT Clinical Application customer support for EHR and related clinical applications in remote settings, addressing and resolving customer issues through a centralized call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and regulatory standards
- Answer, resolve, document, and triage incoming calls, emails, and instant messages
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system or application issues
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Clinical position license, certification in a clinical healthcare setting, or at least 2 years of experience in a clinical environment
- Experience with EMR systems like Cerner or PACS
- Proficient in system office applications and understanding of integrated clinical systems
- Applicable certifications or licensures may be needed based on assigned area
