Clinical Service Desk Analyst provides part-time contract IT support for clinical applications in a remote setting, assisting users with issues related to EHR and ensuring technology aligns with patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Healthcare IT trends and nursing practices
- Answer, document, and triage incoming support requests in a timely manner
