Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Service Specialist to provide technical customer service support for medical device products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to customers regarding medical device systems
- Accurately log product complaints and troubleshoot technical difficulties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Mentor Call Center Customer Support Representatives and support the release of new products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field or four years of relevant professional work/military experience
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment
- Experience with complex technical systems, preferably in the Electrophysiology/Catheter Lab or EP/Cardiovascular Device Industry
- CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS certification preferred
- Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging
