Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and process resource requests and referrals for members seeking counseling services
• Respond to provider requests and verify resources for each intake while collaborating with team members
• Recruit service providers and maintain relationships with internal and external personnel

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of clinical operations support experience in behavioral healthcare or similar environment
• Knowledge of health insurance products and HIPAA regulations
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and database applications
• Basic proficiency with case management systems
