Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of mid-market client accounts, the full-time remote Clinical Services Manager will build post-sales relationships, drive product adoption, and identify upselling opportunities while providing both management and technical leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their business objectives and workflows
  • Onboard new clients efficiently and conduct regular business reviews to assess usage and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for client needs and facilitate account expansion initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven ability to manage diverse client portfolios and build strong relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer success platforms
  • Experience with healthcare technology or revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions is a plus
