Clinical Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Services Representative- REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phone, mail, and fax functions for the Clinical Program Development department, including receiving requests for information and conducting outreach
• Investigate, resolve, and document inquiries, including PHI disclosures, while establishing reporting and tracking procedures
• Adhere to company SOPs and HIPAA compliance, and escalate inquiries to appropriate team members as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT) is preferred
• Contact Center experience is a plus
