Clinical Services Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight, the full-time Clinical Services Supervisor will manage daily operations, drive performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working onsite to optimize operational performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and oversee training and policy implementation
• Drive performance against established metrics and ensure seamless coordination across internal departments
• Represent the SOC team in client-facing meetings and support new client implementations

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking team environment
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability
• Ability to summarize complex issues into concise reports and develop effective communication strategies
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
