Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager, Clinical Site Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, drafting, negotiating, tracking, and execution of clinical site contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while meeting contractual timelines
• Provide guidance for contract negotiations and manage a team to ensure adherence to company standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred in Health Care, business, legal, or scientific discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Research and/or contract/budget management
• Good knowledge of ICH-GCP and pharmaceutical regulations
• Experience in financial, budget, and cost management/analysis is desirable
• Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills
