Clinical Site Payments Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of clinical site payment processes and systems, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Site Payments Processes and Systems will oversee process improvement, training, and reporting while collaborating with various internal teams and vendors in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end Clinical Site Payments processes, ensuring compliance and operational clarity
• Lead the training strategy for department staff, developing onboarding and systems training materials
• Manage site configuration and budget amendments in the vendor payment platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical site payments processes and systems management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and financial platforms such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and financial control standards
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives
