Clinical Software Success Manager

Job Summary

Clinical Software Success Manager is a full-time position that involves leveraging clinical workflow expertise to enhance healthcare technology adoption, strengthen client partnerships, and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to deliver clinical and technical demonstrations of software products and provide ongoing guidance
• Monitor client metrics and feedback to identify optimization opportunities and maximize customer success
• Lead customer onboarding and training to drive adoption and long-term success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or Registered Nurse
• 3 years or more of experience in implementing and supporting clinical decision solutions
• 3 years or more of demonstrated success in account management or customer success management
• Working knowledge of clinical, research, and/or electronic medical record workflow
• 3 years or more of experience managing multiple project timelines
