Clinical Software Trainer

Job Summary

Providing remote training and implementation of clinical software solutions, the full-time Clinical Software Trainer will facilitate training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate remote training calls using standardized curriculum for clients
• Provide post-training documentation and schedule follow-up sessions as needed
• Document training sessions within the CRM system and maintain an updated calendar

Required qualifications

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience
• High School graduate; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the dental industry and professional training
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively
