Job Summary
Driving high-impact sourcing strategies for global clinical trials, the contract-based Clinical Program Sourcing & Contract Management (CPSCM) Manager will lead end-to-end study-level contracting execution for complex clinical vendor categories while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead specification collection and budget management with Study Teams, ensuring operational requirements are met
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize SOWs, amendments, and change orders for CROs and other clinical vendors
- Enforce Fair Market Value standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless study start-up
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience in biotech or pharma
- Proven experience managing complex clinical vendor categories
- Deep expertise in clinical trial contracting workflows and budget modeling
- Strong negotiation skills within established MSA frameworks
