Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support product development in a fast-paced CPG/cosmetic environment, the part-time contract Clinical Specialist will manage and execute hands-on clinical testing, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of study documentation and data summaries remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute clinical testing activities to support product development and claims substantiation
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors/CROs to design and manage studies from concept through data dissemination
• Summarize, format, and interpret data for internal stakeholders while troubleshooting study issues proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Consumer Science, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in consumer science, clinical research, or as a clinical study coordinator
• Hands-on study execution experience is essential
• Experience working directly with external vendors and CROs
• Background in CPG or cosmetic testing preferred; pharma experience considered
