Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support product development in a fast-paced CPG/cosmetic environment, the contract Clinical Specialist will manage and execute clinical testing activities, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of study documentation and data summaries while working remotely for 30 hours weekly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute clinical testing activities to support product development and claims substantiation
• Coordinate and manage studies from concept through data dissemination in partnership with internal teams and external vendors/CROs
• Summarize, format, and interpret data for internal stakeholders while troubleshooting study issues proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Consumer Science, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in consumer science, clinical research, or as a clinical study coordinator
• Experience working directly with external vendors and CROs
• Background in CPG or cosmetic testing preferred; pharma experience considered
• Hands-on study execution is essential
