Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Specialist to support sales and clinical needs in a defined geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Territory Manager to ensure effective case coverage and positive clinical outcomes
• Provides clinical support, education, and troubleshooting for company products to customers
• Identifies customer clinical needs and offers solutions using company products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred; medical training (e.g., RN, cath lab technician) is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical industry
• Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery preferred
• Thorough knowledge of the medical device market and customer base in the territory
• Ability to work independently and maintain good working relationships in sensitive situations
