Clinical Student Manager

Job Summary

Providing essential support to students during the clinical placement process, the full-time Clinical Student Manager will serve as the primary contact for an assigned student population, coordinating placements, managing relationships with clinical sites, and ensuring compliance with placement requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Informs and educates students on clinical placement processes and requirements
• Coordinates with clinical sites to establish affiliation agreements and manage compliance documentation
• Tracks student progress and provides ongoing support throughout the clinical placement process

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in healthcare, higher education, or a similar program and/or comparable experience
• 2-3 years of experience with third-party sites, agencies, or businesses
• Preferred experience in higher education or career services
