Clinical Study Manager

Job Summary

To lead a cohesive regional team of Study Management Associates, the full-time Clinical Study Manager will manage study execution, provide mentorship and development opportunities, and ensure adherence to corporate policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class study execution by fostering an inclusive and empowering team environment
• Manage performance of direct reports, including goal setting and conducting performance discussions
• Support resource management and organizational deliverables through strategic planning and mentoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a health care or scientific field
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience, including 6+ years in study operations and people management
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex issues in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in drug development with knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
