Clinical Study Manager

Job Summary

Leading and supporting clinical studies in a fully remote capacity, the Clinical Study Manager will manage project execution, ensure cross-functional alignment, and provide timely updates on clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee clinical studies according to research ethics guidelines and internal standards
• Serve as a cross-functional lead, ensuring alignment with Clinical Operations, Product Management, and other stakeholders
• Monitor data collection compliance and facilitate communication between research sites and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4 years of relevant clinical research experience required
• Clinical Research Certification required or must be obtained within 1 year of employment
• Familiarity with orthopedic terminology preferred
• Experience managing research contracts and protocol development preferred
