Clinical Study Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support innovative clinical research, the full-time Clinical Study Operations Manager will oversee the execution of clinical studies, manage study timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to facilitate study progress
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation throughout the study lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Experience in clinical study management or operations within the life sciences sector
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with EEG or neurology-related clinical research is a plus
