Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Success Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver education and training to clinicians, manage relationships with clinical champions, and support clinician adoption
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with product teams to define the clinical product roadmap
- Track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics, and create sales collateral to evangelize product capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
- Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows
- Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
