Clinical Success Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Success Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver education and training to clinicians, manage relationships with clinical champions, and support clinician adoption
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with product teams to define the clinical product roadmap
• Track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics, and create sales collateral to evangelize product capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)
• Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows
• Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
