Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of client clinical and business needs specific to value-based care and inpatient care
• Lead client engagement and monitor operational performance, proactively addressing gaps in client solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tactical plans and serve as the clinical lead for new client launches

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in client service or business operations roles within health tech, healthcare consulting, or health plans
• Experience in value-based care and inpatient care settings is essential
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or other relevant graduate degree preferred
• Strong business ownership mindset with a proactive approach
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
