Clinical Supply Associate

Job Summary

To support global clinical studies, the remote Associate, Clinical Supply will manage the packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory of investigational products while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and uninterrupted supply to depots and study sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate investigational product shipments to depots and clinical sites for global Phase I-III clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements
• Utilize IRT/RTSM solutions for managing shipments and inventory reconciliation while collaborating with various supply chain partners
• Assist in supply planning and monitor enrollment trends to develop strategies that mitigate risks and ensure continuous patient supply

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, business, or a related discipline
• 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply operations, clinical operations, logistics, or a related biotech environment
• Basic understanding of clinical trial conduct and familiarity with supply management or investigational product logistics
• Knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and clinical supply management tools is preferred
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
