Clinical Supply Chain Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of clinical trial supply strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain will manage drug supply activities, oversee supply plans, and represent the Clinical Supply Chain to internal and external stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee supply plans to ensure accurate and continuous supply to patients while minimizing risk and waste
• Manage drug supply activities related to planning, label development, and distribution for clinical programs
• Provide managerial support to employees, including training and mentoring for effective performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in people leadership and development
• Knowledge of clinical supply best practices and GxP environments
• Experience with IRT systems and clinical trial material management
