Clinical Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

To support end-to-end planning and execution of clinical supply, the full-time Clinical Supply Chain Manager will manage clinical supply strategies, vendor interactions, and compliance activities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical supply strategies for early- to mid-phase clinical trials, ensuring on-time delivery of supplies
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to manage logistics, packaging, and labeling of investigational products
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and coordinate investigations related to product complaints and temperature excursions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical supply chain within the biotech/pharma industry, including international experience
• Working knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and GMP/GDP requirements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and managing external vendors
• Ability to thrive in a small-company culture and contribute to process implementation
