Job Summary
Managing drug supply activities for clinical trials, the full-time Clinical Supply Chain Specialist will develop and oversee supply plans, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure efficient supply chain operations in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with study teams to align clinical demand requirements with supply plans and timelines
- Outline supply strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize waste while identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring adherence and making necessary adjustments as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a medicine/science-related field or supply chain/management/operations
- 2+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving within supply chain contexts
