Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Solutions Analyst - Clinical, MDS 3.0.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels
  • Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required
  • Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases while maintaining knowledge articles for customer support
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or Post-Secondary Education in Information Technology or a related technical field preferred
  • Experience in a technical support position is an asset
  • Expertise in MDS 3.0
  • MDS Coordinator experience
  • Sound understanding of API and service technologies and functions
