Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for the 2nd shift in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians, facilitating handoffs to Tier 2 IT support
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff and specialists to ensure timely and efficient patient care
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced remote work environment
