Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for a remote, full-time position on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
  • Communicate effectively with clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians for timely patient care
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and facilitate handoffs to Tier 2 IT support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and various communication tools
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
