Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for a full-time remote position on the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and facilitate communication between clinical staff and physicians
- Assist with the preparation of consults for dispatch and coordinate necessary paperwork and technology
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
- Ability to learn software and systems quickly
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
