Job Summary

Dedicated to ensuring excellence in patient care, the full-time Clinical Support Coordinator for the 2nd shift will work remotely, managing requests from client hospitals and physicians, providing support for consult preparation, and facilitating communication among clinical staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient care
  • Answer incoming calls to the consult center and accurately document patient information
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians, facilitating handoffs to Tier 2 IT support as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment or in healthcare or IT
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication tools
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent phone/customer service skills with high attention to detail
