Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Dispatcher for a full-time remote position on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations
• Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
• Monitor and maintain queues to prioritize consultations and meet service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center environment or healthcare/IT
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
