Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Engineer to manage escalated incidents related to complex product integrations and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers and third-party resources to define, prioritize, and resolve issues
  • Provide regular updates to customers and advocate for their needs regarding product functionality and usability
  • Analyze incidents for trends and transfer clinical knowledge to support teams through training and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; BS degree preferred
  • Certifications in Cath Lab (RN or X-ray) or Nuclear Medicine (CNMT) are preferred
  • 3+ years of clinical hospital experience preferred
  • Experience with DICOM, HL7, SQL scripting, and HTML coding
  • Background in Cardiac catheterization laboratory and/or Nuclear medicine is beneficial
