Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 and oversee day-to-day operations of a virtual clinic
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency and client engagement
- Analyze data to identify issues and inform program decision-making and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operations within a clinical setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Strong understanding of clinic operations and support for clinicians
- Highly organized self-starter with strong project and team management skills
- Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
