Attend class and facilitate small group work related to clinical objectives
Monitor and assist in the instruction of course content and track group dynamics
Support faculty with communications and complete required trainings

Required Qualifications

Not currently enrolled as a student
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Understanding of Gestalt Therapy
Demonstrated understanding of privilege and oppression dynamics
Appreciation for and integration of the institution's values in workplace behaviors
