Clinical Support Professional

Job Summary

To support the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling department, the part-time Clinical Support Professional will assist faculty with course-specific duties, facilitate small group work, and monitor student engagement in an online environment from August 24 to December 11, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Attend class and facilitate limited in-class small group work related to clinical objectives
• Monitor group dynamics and confer with the course instructor regarding student participation and assignments
• Provide technical support for course-related communications and complete required training

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Not currently enrolled as a Naropa student
• Understanding of Gestalt Therapy and program-specific information
• Commitment to co-creating a diverse and inclusive community
• Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression in relation to equity and access
