Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the clinical level of escalation for Support tickets
Translate doctor feedback to digital designs for live orders
Provide technical customer service to doctors through phone and chat

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional lab or clinical experience
Experience in CAD/CAM digital design and dental systems
Empathy and ability to de-escalate situations
Experience working in digital dental labs
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
