Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to support and maintain PAS operations and the portal application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on supply and demand of case consults in the portal work queue
  • Resolve requests or redirect them to the appropriate department in real time
  • Act as the central contact between clients and internal employees for troubleshooting and support
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry or healthcare administration
  • Experience within a hospital setting is preferred
  • Ability to conduct operational evaluations and make workflow adjustments
  • Familiarity with IT escalation processes and ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in using case management tools like Careport or Epic
