Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for patients during their treatment and recovery process
  • Provide timely assistance to patients via phone, chat, or email regarding administrative, medication, or service management issues
  • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a medical setting (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
  • Comfort with technology and navigating multiple software platforms
  • Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet
