Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for patients during their treatment and recovery process
• Provide timely responses and resolutions to administrative, medication, or service management issues via phone, chat, or email
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to enhance telehealth care support

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Medical experience required (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
• Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
• Comfort with computer technology and navigating multiple software platforms
