• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for patients during their treatment and recovery

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or patient-facing roles in healthcare
• 1+ years of experience in a telehealth setting is preferred
• Familiarity with technology and multiple software platforms
• Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet
