Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and coordinate laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures
Support ordering and delivery of DME/medical supplies
Schedule referrals with external providers and provide day-to-day support to care team

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in a healthcare environment
Direct experience working with DME preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse a plus
Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation
Experience with Thrio and Elation systems preferred
